Keusi Donald
Keusi assumed the role of EcOp’s Executive Director in 2019, bringing not only organizational leadership but also a profound passion for ministry and community upliftment. With a heart that matches his dedication, Keusi is known for creating meaningful connections within the community. His life passion includes being and building disciples locally and globally to reproduce others of like kind. Beyond his impactful work, Keusi loves to support his favorite basketball and football teams with the University of Memphis Tigers, the Memphis Grizzlies, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Office Manager
Edith Christmas
Edith, a valued member of the EcOp team since 2019, embodies a spirit of harmony, serving as the indispensable glue that holds the back-office together. Known for her unwavering encouragement of others, Edith contributes not only to the efficiency of the office but also its positivity. Beyond her professional prowess, she shares a love for music and finds great joy in singing praise and worship songs.
Social Services Manager
Rebecca Bain, LMSW
Rebecca, a dedicated member of the EcOp team since 2020, wears multiple hats as a social worker, offering an empathetic ear to those in need. With a remarkable ability to provide unconditional positive regard, Rebecca creates safe and nurturing spaces for participants. Beyond the counseling role, Rebecca expresses her artistic side through a love for playing piano.
Shepherds
James Austin
James initially joined EcOp as a participant in 2018. A natural people-person, James thrives on building connections and fostering community spirit. James became a Shepherd in 2020 and continues to advocate for community members. Beyond his role at EcOp, James is known for his avid support of the Dallas Cowboys, proudly wearing his team’s colors.
Nick Butler
Nick joined the EcOp team as a Shepherd in 2021. Known for his unwavering determination, Nick brings a strong sense of purpose to his role, guiding and supporting program participants. Outside of his work responsibilities, Nick is a proud father to his two children and finds joy in the art of barbecuing, showcasing a passion for the grill that mirrors his dedicated approach to life.
Antonio Dunn
Antonio, originally a participant in 2019, returned to the EcOp team as a Shepherd in 2021 and is EcOp’s certified forklift trainer. His strong devotion to God not only guides his actions but also reflects in the compassionate and supportive approach he brings to his role. Outside of work, Antonio is an old-school gamer, finding joy in the gaming world.
Malcolm Green
After being a participant in 2019, Malcolm rejoined the EcOp team as a Shepherd in 2021, motivated by a dedication to aiding others. His strong heart for service extends beyond his role, making him a reliable presence in the community. In addition to his work, Malcolm proudly supports the Dallas Cowboys, showcasing his enthusiasm for teamwork both on and off the field.
Terrance Jackson
Terrance, the longest-serving member at EcOp, joined as a Shepherd in 2018 and has become a vital bridge with employer-partners. His extensive tenure reflects a deep commitment to EcOp’s mission and vision. Beyond his role, Terrance enjoys tennis and can be found playing on the court outside of work.
R.L. Thompson
R. L. was brought on to the team as a Shepherd in 2020. R. L. is known for his passion for mentorship, building positive relationships to empower and educate others. With a genuine love for people, he effortlessly connects with others. R. L. has many passions outside of work, including spending 10 years training Tennessee Walking Horses.
Criss Williams
Criss, once a participant in 2020, joined EcOp as a Shepherd in 2023, embodying a humble and modest spirit. His deep passion lies in ministering to men who have experienced incarceration, furthering his community involvement both in and outside of EcOp. Beyond his role, Criss finds tranquility and joy in the simple pleasures of fishing.
